It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Paulette O'Conner (Dunbar, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Garnes; her husband Harry O'Conner, Sr.; her son Brad O'Conner; her brother James; and her grandson Baby Estep.
She is survived by: her father Paul Black; her children, Harry O'Conner, Jr. (Carla) of Sissonville and Laura Estep (Teddy) of Charleston; and her siblings, Rosemary, Linda, Annie and Charlie. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
