She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hamilton and Katie Davis; her brother Charles Davis; and her pet Abby. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kristen Honeycutt of Missouri, Tonie Honeycutt, Carl Roger Workman III (Anita) of South Charleston and Mandy Lemon of Dunbar; her great grandchildren, Roger (Sara Workman) of North Charleston, Ethan Lemon of Dunbar and Marissa (Timothy Ervin); and her siblings, Alvin Workman, Hensley Ervin and Hunter.

All who wish may celebrate Bettys' life by donating to her favorite charity St Judes Children's Research Hospital.
