She was predeceased by: her sister Kaye Eddy; and her niece Sherry Griffith. She is survived by: her sisters, Connie Wallace (Larry) and Marion Squires; her nieces, Sandra Grishaber (Rob) and Allyson Witkowski; her great-niece Ella Witkowski; her nephews, Kevin Squires and Chaz Griffith; her great-nephew Michael Scarberry (Jessica); her husband Gordon Palmer; her brother Bill (Dodi Palmer); her children, Beth and Sam; her sister Carol Palmer; her children, Sean and Shannon; and also Josh Fix (Tiffany). She is also survived by daughter; and many cousins.
Barbara made significant contributions to the International Personnel Management Association (currently PSHRA) at state and regional levels over 18 years.
