She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Carter and Madeline Ruth Keefover; her husband Roy Lee Jarrell; and her brothers, James "Jimmy" Carter, Harold Carter and Ira "Buster" Carter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Jarrell Walker and Rhonda Jarrell Lovell (Ralph); her grandchildren, Heather Boggess Hager (Timothy) and Bradley Van Keuren; her great grandchild Timothy Noah Hager; and her siblings, Gary Carter (June) and Janie Young. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
