He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Boggs. He is survived by: his mother Naomi Boggs; his wife Anita Kay O'Dell Boggs; his children, James (Amber), Kristopher, Candace (Willis), Robert, Jr. (Caitlin), Zachary, Levi and Devin; and his brothers, William and Steve Boggs. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
