He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas and Margaret Moore, Sr. (McCracken); and his brother Dallas Nelson Moore, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth, Katherine and Carol Ann; his grandchildren, Tiffany (Alex), Brittany (Kyle) and Patrick (Karlee); his great grandchildren, Marty, Serenity, Maria, Granger, Madison and Clayton; his sister Karen Dawson (Ray); and his nieces and nephews, Karrie, Ray Jr., Michelle, Clint, Misty, Mandy, Andy and Kandy. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
