She is survived by: her husband Mickey Chapman; her sons, Channing Chapman (Tashauna) of Servia and Chance Chapman (Emily) of Charleston, WV; her grandchildren, Colden, Cooper and Isla; and her siblings, David Duffield (Judy) of Springfield, OH, Dwayne Duffield (Jo Ann) of Palestine, WV, Gary Duffield of Ivydale, WV and Donna Wilmoth of Ivydale, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
