He was predeceased by: his parent Dallas Nelson Moore, Jr.; his grandparents, Okla, Callie Duffield, Dallas and Margaret Moore; his uncle Donald Moore; and his cousin Lance McCracken.
He is survived by: his mother Opal Duffield of O'Brion; his significant other Emmajean Richards; his daughters, Hannah Moore, Emmaleigh Moore, Aerolyn Moore and Jaycee Moore; his stepdaughters, Danielle Richards of Morgantown and Ashley Richards of Morgantown; his siblings, Justen Duffield (Samantha) of Mill Creek, Kandy Nida (Joe) of Charleston, Michelle Hamrick (Allen) of Maysel, Misty and Mandy of Charleston; and his nephew Dr. Lucas Hamrick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
