Thelma Ailenne Flanagan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2023, at the age of 81, Thelma Ailenne Flanagan of Dryfork, West Virginia, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Stover (Al) and Mildred Lohr Stover; and her siblings, Kenneth Stover, James Stover, Wayne Stover and Lois Stover Beumer.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Flanagan; her daughters, Cynthia Vogus Mize (Bobby) and Nichole Vogus; her stepdaughter Connie Flanagan Vickers (Mike); and her siblings, Harold Stover (Jo Ann) and Phyllis Stover Douglas. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and seven greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice in her memory.
