He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Chambers and Margaret Weekley Chambers; and his siblings, Evelyn Spencer, Betty Rush, Margaret Mount, Adelaid Chambers, Kenneth, Donald and William Chambers.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy May Bauduin Chambers; his children, Dorothy Soltesz (Steven) of Avella, PA, Joyce Martin (Timothy) of Weirton, WV, Betty Baker of Weirton, WV and Solomon Chambers III of Weirton, WV; and his siblings, Darlene Jones of Canonsburg, PA, Becky Koenig (Dave) of Georgia and Charles Chambers (Carol) of New Jersey. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
