It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Delano Keeney (Dorothy, West Virginia), who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Keeney (Dot); and his children, Kathy Mariani, David, Tim and Sheila Keeney. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
