Blackburn (Mandy) of Burlington and Kim Bruce (Ralph) of Keyser; his sisters, Dorothy Shaw of Keyser, Janet Williams (Ray) of Arthurdale, WV and Nancy Swick (Jim) of Keyser; his grandchildren, Jared R. Plum, Peyton A. Blackburn, Lillee G. Blackburn and Ryder H. Blackburn; and his nephew Gary Shaw.
