With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Lee Thompson of Dorothy, West Virginia, born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Nichols and Edith Cork Nichols; her husband Arthur LeRoy Thompson; her sons, Wayne Edward Thompson and Arthur Thompson; and her siblings, Evelyn Cunningham, Betty Moore, Betty Huerstal, Glenn Nichols, Wayne Nichols, Raymond Nichols and Alfred Nichols.
She is survived by: her children, Carlotta Tuttle (Kyle) of Fairmont, Clifford Thompson (Ann) of Norway and Karen Moffatt (Chuck) of Fairmont; and her grandchildren, Jeff Tuttle, James Tuttle, Brittni Heston, Crystal, Adam Thompson, Dianna Johnson, Zach and Danielle Moffatt. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, private, family services will be held at this time.
