He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marie Sigley; his children, Carl Ray Sigley, Jr. (Erica), Ronnie Lee Sigley (Trena) and Sherry Marie Carpenter (Joe); and his brothers, James E. and Larry Sigley. He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
