He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ervin Kesner and Jenny Eunice Kesner (Siever); and his sister Mary Kesner Shoemaker. He is survived by: his wife Rosalee Elizabeth Kesner (Mauzy); his children, Wendell Kesner (Christina) of Maysville, WV, Kenneth Kesner (Sue) of York, PA, Ricky Kesner (Jeanne) of Petersburg, WV and Andra Judy (Rob) of Dorcas, WV; and his siblings, Larry Kesner (Carolyn) of Petersburg, WV and Beverly Plauger (Royce) of Petersburg, WV. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
