He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Fink and Lula Mary Perrow Fink. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia McDaniel Fink; his sons, Jay Robert Fink of Dixie and Jon Allen Fink of St. Louis; and his grandchildren, Mollie Elizabeth Burdette of Teays Valley, Jay Matthew Fink of Dixie, Chloe Elise Fink of Glen Daniel, WV., Zoe Maya Isabelle Fink and Zachary Logan Duer Fink of St. Louis.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pennington Smith Funeral Home (331 Main St, Gauley Bridge, WV 25085). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
