It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lee Bowe of Dixie, West Virginia, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hilton Bowe and Vernie Johnson Bowe; his wife Genevieve Bowe; his children, Mary Neal (Virgil), Blanche Lane (William), Dale Haynes, Donna Persinger, Charles David Bowe (Julie) and Joshua Bowe (Charlotte); and his siblings, Earl Bowe, Hilton Bowe, Helma Cutlip, Alice Bowe, Audrey Moore and Betty Caruthers. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great-great, grandchildren.
