He was predeceased by: his father Wade "Bud" Adkins; his grandmothers, Alma Colegrove and Patty Adkins; his niece Baby Endicott; his aunt Roxie Crum; his uncles, Johnny Ferguson and Timothy Ferguson; his brother Donald Newsome; and his cousin Baby Emily Wellman.
He is survived by: his mother Martha Elaine Newsome (Donald); his grandfathers, Leslie Ferguson and Ez Adkins; his siblings, Jacqulyn Endicott (Kyle), Chasity McCoy, Barbra Spurlock (Marcus) and Tyler Adkins; his aunts, Donna Ferguson and Ann Wellman (Steve); his uncle Allen Ferguson (Mary); his nephew Samuel Endicott; his nieces, Amelia Endicott, Natalie Endicott, Journee Spurlock and Sammi Spurlock; and his cousins, Brandon Ferguson (Dee), Austin Ferguson (Georgiana), Christian Wellman (Abbie), Joshua Macon, Hunter Wellman, Abel Ferguson, Elias Ferguson, Joel Ferguson, Lydia Ferguson, Baby Ferguson, Baby Macon and Baby Wellman.
