He is survived by: his wife Magaline Ferguson Stroud; his sons, Sidney Dwayne Stroud and James "Jimmy" Stroud (Rosemary Newsome Adkins); his sisters, Georgia Maynard (Bill) and Sharol Maynard Meeks; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Stroud (Keshia) and Emily Cook (Matt); his great grandchildren, John Stroud, Carter Stroud, Bryson Henry, Colt Stroud and Eliana Cook; his sister-in-law Dottie Stroud; and his close friends, Johnnie Tomblin and Evan Dale Vance. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
