He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Mullins and Delcie Mullins; his wife Harleen Mullins; his children, Brenda Mullins and Gregory Paul Mullins; and his parents-in-law, Woodrow and Roxie Marcum.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Smith (Bryant); his grandchildren, Zachary Dingess, Kobe Smith and Savannah Smith; his sister Opal Meeks; and his sisters-in-law, Rosalie Baisden and Peggy Burke (French).
