She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Marcum and Roxie Marcum; her children, Brenda Mullins and Gregory Paul Mullins; her brother Eugene Marcum; and her parents-in-law, Carlos and Delcie Mullins.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Dean Mullins; her daughter Tammy Smith (Bryant); her grandchildren, Zachary Dingess, Kobe Smith and Savannah Smith; her great grandchild Jarren Paul Dingess; her sister Rosalie Baisden; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Burke (French) and Opal Meeks.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the CDC's guidelines for large gatherings only 25 people will be allowed in the facility at one time.
