He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnce Lackey and Helen York Lackey; his son William "Arthur" Dan Followay Lackey; and his sister Dianna Elliot. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Caldwell Lackey; his children, Garry Followay, Johnce Followay, Rose Copley (Mike) and Sabrina Lackey; and his siblings, Donna Naylor (David) and Danny Lackey. He is also survived by five granddaughters and three grandsons, and many Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews.
