With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donna Marie Tomblin of Dingess, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 65. She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Grimmett; and her grandparents, Elmo, Shirley Fowler, Floyd and Muriel Grimmett.
She is survived by: her father Don Grimmett; her children, LaDonna Tomblin (Buster) and Don Mart Messer (Jennifer); her siblings, Dina Tomblin (Porky), Debby Durst (Jimmy) and Donald Grimmett; her grandchildren, Allie Spry (Derek), Addison Messer (Tanieca), Edwin Murphy, Cody Padgett, James Messer and Jeremy Messer; her great grandchildren, Khloe Spry, Lillie Spry, Matthew Spry, Bentley Messer and Brynleigh Messer; and her great-nieces, Haven Tomblin and Karley Newsome.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Hope Freewill Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
