He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady G. "Pete" Kiser and Gladys Edith Kiser; his son Scott Charles Kiser; his brother Thurman G. Kiser; his grandparents, Aaron, Betty Kiser, Isaac and Biddie York; his mother-in-law Helen L. Porter of Dingess, WV; his brothers, Dana R. Porter of Columbus, OH, Mike E. (Phyllis Porter) and Ronald (Mary Owens); and his nephew Michael E. Porter of St. Augustine, FL..
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Kiser (Johnson); his children, Shawn Kiser (Lisa) and Sheri E. Kiser; his grandchildren, Shawn Renee Layne (Tyler) and Jordan Scott Kiser; his brothers, Joseph Kiser (Eugene) and Patrick; and his sister-in-law Gail Porter of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
