He is survived by: his mother Leona Sparks; his girlfriend Jamie Michelle Gore; his daughters, Haley, Chelsey and Gabriella; his siblings, Teresa Blackburn, Robert (Carolyn Sparks), Bill (Kim Sparks), Doug Sparks and Stephen Sparks; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Dillon, Mikie, Jen Payne, Cory Sheppard, Jonathon Meade, Tamara, Clayton Vance, Caiden Nichols, Asher Gore and Johnny B..
