With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Tanner of Diana, West Virginia, who passed away on May 31, 2020 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Tanner and Nellie Mae Cutlip Tanner; and his brothers, Jody Tanner, Derold Tanner, Harold and Charles "Buddy" Tanner.
He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Rogers of Webster Springs, Carolyn Rocco of Orlando, FL and Trudy Ware (Arnold) of Guardian; and his grandchild Charlie. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
