He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Junior; and his brother Travis Ruckman. He is survived by: his mother Margie Lou Miller; his daughter Brittany McWilliams of Winchester; his grandson Jayden L. McWilliams; his sisters, Melissa L. Franklin, Crystal L. Broy, Tina M. Miller, Kimmy Hoover and Dee Ruckman; and his birth mother Mary A. Tumblin.
