With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Carlson of Delray, West Virginia, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on July 9, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Norderhaug and Evelyn Deans; her sister Laura Girard; and her son-in-law Jerry Toney. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Carlson; her children, Deanna Coughlin (James) of Owings, MD, Ericka Toney of Chesapeake Beach, MD and Douglas Carlson II (Courtney) of Gainesville, VA; and her sister Melody Oswald of Newport, MN.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
