He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Luther and Tennis N. See Miller; and his sister Mildred Swisher. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley B. Whitacre; his son Michael E. Miller (Beth) of Delray, WV; his siblings, Hershel Miller (Dowell R. Dunn) of Delray, WV and Deborah K. Bryner of Mifflintown, PA; his stepson Chris Orndorff of High View, WV; and his granddaughters, Lisa Orndorff and Ayla Miller.
