He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest L. Bell; his wife Thelma L. Bell (Way); and his brother Ernest Bell. He is survived by: his parent Katherine Iola Bell (Fowler); his children, Michael Bell of Annapolis, MD. and Kathy Ann Galli of Arnold; and his sister Patricia Wilson of Annapolis, MD. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
