He was predeceased by: his parents, Keister Lockard and Shirley Lockard (Smith); and his siblings, Diana Lockard and Skeet Lockard. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Cisco (Jimmy) of Delbarton, Janice Aldrich of Michigan, Nancy Dempsey (James) of Elk Creek and John Lockard (Billie) of Delbarton; and his nieces, April Dove, Christi of Delbarton, Crystal and Carrie Gordon of Detroit, Michigan.. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
