Duty and Gladys Browning Duty; his grandparents, Charlie, Mary Duty, Thomas and Dixie Browning; his sister Carol Lynn Madden; his brothers-in-law, Donald M. "Bud" McNeal, Charles Hugh Madden and Fred Elkins; his children, Jonathan Barath (Joyce), Thomas, Dustin and Christy Burgress (Joseph); his grandchildren, William David Thacker (Amanda), Daniel Robert Jonas (Breanna), Michael Chenoweth, Briana Chenoweth and Benjamin Sloan; his great grandchildren, Skieghlyn Mahon, Kasen Mahon and Braylon Bowers; his sisters, Rosa Lea McNeal and Joyce Ann Patterson; and his nieces and nephews, Stephannie Tomblin, Renee Kinser, Beth Boggess (David), Carla Wilburn (Matt), Robert Elkins (Julie), Larry Browning (Barbara) and Christopher Madden.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mullins Funeral Home (106 Riverfront Road, Warfield, KY 41267). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
