He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Kinser and Garnet Kinser; his grandparents, Ossie and Reba Meeks Kinser; and his mother-in-law Dixie Sturgell.
He is survived by: his grandchild Aubree; his son Keith Kinser of Delbarton; his wife Shonda Kinser; his daughter Kayla Kinser of Delbarton; his grandchildren, Elian Kinser, Aubreeona Kinser of Delbarton, Graceson Kinser of Delbarton and Zayden Kinser of Delbarton; and his siblings, Lisa Farley, Matt Kinser (Christina), Darren Kinser (Sandy) of Laurel Creek, WV, Laura Spry, Eddie Meeks and Leonard Adkins.
