He is survived by: his children, Amanda Carter, Alton Ray "Birdie" Carter II (Kayla) and Devon Carter; his grandchildren, Shawn Bartram (Ariel), Ashley Evans (Seante), Tia Manns (Billy), Baylon Carter (Miranda), Isaac Carter (Melissa), Traven Carter, Carson Carter, Matthew Carter and Riley Carter; his great grandchildren, Zayne, Eli, Waylon Bartram, Grayson Vance, Honesty Evans, Bentlee, Braylee Manns, Cylas, Charlie and Ellie Carter; and his siblings, Betty Moore, Ida Walls (Roger), Martha Frye (Roger), Debbie Dingess (Stacy), Patricia Lee (Clarence), Billy Carter, Bobby Carter (Donna) and Alvin Carter.
