She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Pack and Virginia Maynard Pack; her husband Ronnie Lee McCoy; her children, Raymond "Rocky" McCoy, Russell "Pokey" McCoy and Rochelle "Shelly" McCoy; and her close friend Billy Ray Worthington.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Paul Pack (Crystal) of Princeton and Ronnie Damon McCoy of Charleston, WV; her granddaughter Rhonda Diane McCoy (James Selleck) of Pineville; her sisters, Tammy Barker (Will) of Chillicothe, OH and Rebecca Smith (Allen) of Bluefield; her grandchildren, Ryan Muncy, Cody Smith, Kaitlyn Pack, Abby Pack, Erick Hoffman, D. J. McCoy, Elizabeth McCoy, Sophia Grace and Axle Perry; and her great grandchild Jaxon Smith.
