She is survived by: her father Todd Wine; her stepmother Kelley Wine of Elizabeth, WV; her children, Trace, Peyton and Charleigh Ann; her stepsisters, Jessica Wright (Mathew) of Vernal, UT and Megan Rooks (Kevin) of Elizabeth, WV; her grandparents, Jim of Elizabeth, WV, Pam Wine of Elizabeth, WV and Ethel Hathaway of Elizabeth, WV; her uncle Mike; her aunt Angela Root; her cousin Chelsey Donley; and her pet Leo. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and a niece.
