We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2020, at the age of 86, Ronald Louis Lowers (Davisville, West Virginia), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Lowers and Mildred C. Hoy Lowers; his wife Donna E. Johnson Lowers; and his brother Denzil W. Lowers. He is survived by: his children, Janis L. Boyer (James) of Vienna, Diana L. Hovey (Robert) of Buford, GA, Steven R. Lowers of Marietta, Michael L. Lowers of Walker and Mark W. Lowers (Lori) of Parkersburg; his brother Joseph Lowers (Norma) of Belpre; and his close friend Donna Linger. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
