It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patty Davis Cowan of Davisville, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Tuttle and Lyda Atkinson Tuttle; her former husband Burl Davis; her husband Orval Cowan; her siblings, Joe Tuttle, Emma Jean Baker, Wilda Moore and Lena Whitehead; and her son-in-law Scott Doyle.
She is survived by: her children, Butch Davis, Parma Heaney (Ken), Mike Davis (Sharon Hart), Ronald Davis, John Davis (Michelle), Betty Gray (Donnie Lamp), Tom Davis and Melissa Doyle; and her sister Juanita Hyde. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, forty-nine great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren.
