It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A Osborne of Davisville, West Virginia, who passed away on September 4, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Small and Edith Grimm Small; her brother Richard Small; and her granddaughter Whitney Prieto. She is survived by: her husband Louis Osborne; her children, Dan Clevenger (Pam) of Parkersburg, Phil Clevenger (Joette) of Parkersburg and Vickie Saller (Dennis) of Orlando, Florida; and her sisters, Carolyn Brown and Delores Ambro. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
