He was predeceased by: his father James E. Heflin; and his sister Shelia Heflin. He is survived by: his mother Ethel E. Heflin (Caplinger) of Davisville, WV; his wife Gina Heflin (Wilson); his children, Jessica Heflin (Ben French) of Davisville, Jamie Lee Heflin of Davisville and Mark James Heflin (Tricia) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Natalie, Emmalee, Lillian and Kaylee Heflin; and his sisters, Debra Schoffler of West Union, WV, Kimberly Evans (Mike) of Parkersburg and Tammy Heflin of Parkersburg.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Parkersburg Humane Society.
