With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Ball (Davisville, West Virginia), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 14, 2019 at the age of 81. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delbert E. Haines and Mildred Skidmore Haines Gwynn; her sons, Robert Lee Lockhart (Jonda) of Catlettsburg, KY and Steven Wayne Lockhart (Charlotte) of Davisville, WV; her grandchildren, Leah Dixon (Joseph), Anna Wright (Nathan) of Ashland, KY, Kaitlynn Lockhart and Sophie Lockhart of Vienna, WV; her husband Robert Lee Lockhart; and her siblings, Betty Reynolds and Delbert E. Haines Jr.. She was also cherished by numerous Step-children and Step-Grandchildren.
