He was predeceased by: his parent Jacqueline Frye Phillips; and his grandmother Mae Phillips. He is survived by: his parent Jack Roy Phillips; his wife Bette Teresa Phillips of Davisville; his daughter Andrea Virginia Phillips of Parkersburg; his stepchildren, Maria Dawn Conner (Philip) of Parkersburg and James Ray Estep (Melody) of Parkersburg; and his siblings, Kris Phillips of Columbus, OH and Kevin Phillips (Aimee) of Parkersburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made toward the funeral expenses.
