He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garvin and Maxine Garvin (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kay Myers Garvin; his daughters, Teresa Wright (Greg) of Fairmont, WV, Adrienne Garvin of Morgantown, WV, Carla Minney (Nathan) of Parkersburg, WV, Abigail Perkins (Caleb) of Mineral Wells, WV and Elizabeth Mylnar (Paul) of Beeville, TX.; and his siblings, William Garvin, Jr. of Morgantown, WV and Nancy Ann Garvin Hahn of August, GA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
