He was predeceased by: his parent Floyd T. Barker; and his siblings, Tom Barker, Jr. (Missy), Lenny Barker (Kelly), Rick Barker (Mary), Billie Paul Barker (Maddie), Billy Delancy, Shirley Duley (Rob), Anika Sue Barker, Mary Miller and Rebecca Civitillo (Tony).
He is survived by: his parent Della Yeater; his wife Michelle Dennis Barker; and his children, James Barker Jr. of North Carolina, Teresa Duncan of Ohio, Jon Barker of Elizabeth, Scott Barker of Parkersburg, Krisy Barker of Parkersburg, Jerome Barker of Parkersburg, James Place of Parkersburg, Jimmy Weaver of Parkersburg, Tiffany Barker of Newark, WV and Sara Dennis of Davisville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
