She was predeceased by: her parent Leon V.; her husband Cleave Griffin; her sons, Orlan Griffin and Richard Griffin; and her sister Shirley Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Brown (Richard) of North Canton, OH, David Griffin (Sherri) of Akron, OH, Mark Griffin (Janet) of Davisville, WV, Cleave Griffin (Terri) of Davisville and Brian Griffin (Cori) of Tallahassee, FL; and her children-in-law, Maxine Griffin of Parkersburg and Chris Anastos of St. Lucie, FL. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirty two great-grandchildren.
