He is survived by: his wife Marion Snodgrass Rollins; his children, Douglas Jay Rollins II (Janelle) of Cairo, Christian C. Rollins (Sally Jo) of Cairo and Stephanie Lynne Jones (George) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jaycea, Christian, Colton, Caden, Clayton, Casen, Melissa and Dillon; his great grandchildren, Abby and Freya; and his siblings, Jed, Jeff, Janice, Jill and Jennifer.
