He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jay and Rhea Etta Pool (Thatcher); and his brother Daryl J. Pool. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Pool (Yglesias); his children, William Hugh Pool of Lubeck, WV, Larry Scott Riggs (Diana Ladwig) of Middleton, WI and Melissa Ann Doty (Jon) of Independence, KY; his sister-in-law Iris Pool; his grandchildren, Martine Rhea Pool and Cyera Dawn Riggs; and his great grandchild Zoey Ann Loscar.
