He was predeceased by: his parents, Miller W. Ramsey and Dale T. Ramsey; and his brothers, Millard Ramsey and Clifford Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn G. Dawson Ramsey; his children, David G. Ramsey, Robert L. Ramsey, Steven L Ramsey and Marla K Ramsey; and his siblings, James Ramsey and Lenora Nichols. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
