He is survived by: his wife Patsy Jaone Price-Bibbee; his children, Tammy Bibbee of Charleston, WV and Timothy Bibbee (Angie) of Walker, WV; his granddaughter Hailey Bibbee of Huntington, WV; and his sisters, Wilma Ault of Ohio and Wanda Darnold of Parkersburg.
