She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold Raymond Slaubaugh. She is survived by: her children, Stephen R. Slaubaugh, Sheila Keller, Brenda Gingher, Teresa Noteware and William Slaubaugh. She is also survived by 3 brothers, 3 sisters and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Tucker County Veterans Association.
